At Templeborough Biomass Power Plant, we have now started the commissioning phase, before we go into full operation.

As part of this commissioning activity, we have to undertake a process known as steam blowing. The most recent of these took place on 10 April starting at 10:00. This was the last and the loudest of the 9 steam blows we have undertaken and will have been noticeable to our neighbours. We have spoken with our near neighbours and talked them through the steam blow process and apologised for any disruption that may have been caused. Our commissioning process is proceeding to schedule, and no further steam blowing is planned.
